If you have little going on right now and are sitting around wishing for an exotic and meaningful adventure on the cheap, consider teaching English in China like I did. Whether or not you are degreed, you can easily do this. Many schools pay your airfare both ways, plus provide private housing. Most of the schools offer you a payday bonus system atop considerable signing bonuses if you stay on for another school year afterward.
